This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Don't worry! It will be so much fun to take photos with me and I will prepare you beforehand. Once you book, we will setup a call to discuss vision and details. During this time, I will prepare you with everything from outfit inspo to picking a shoot location. I want this to be an experience where you feel taken care of and can just relax & make memories.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
Depending on where you are located, I do charge travel. If the location is within 50 miles of Roanoke, VA then it's free. Anything after that is standard mileage plus any airfare or hotel. I have listed a few bucket-list locations, so if your wedding is in one of these places you can save on travel expenses: Hawaii, Texas, Montana, California, Oregon, Italy, and Greece.
Can you recommend any locations?
I am a mountain girly through and through, so the parkway is a beautiful option. However, I think a place that feels special to you is what is going to make for the best photos. Whether it be the ocean, a historical site, or even an at home session, I am down to shooter anywhere!
When Can I expect my gallery?
For weddings, my turnaround time is 6-10 weeks to make sure you get back photos that are intentionally edited. All other sessions take about 1-2 weeks and proposals will get a few back within 24 hours. Any design work varies based on request.
